1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using swipeupnetwork.com, or submitting registration information through our creator onboarding flows, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Creator Submissions & Representation
Submitting a profile through the “Join as Creator” portal does not constitute an automatic guarantee of brand contracts or exclusive representation. All profiles are subject to review, authentic audience verification, and compliance checks by Swipe Up Media Network.
3. Commercials and Brand Campaigns
Official campaigns are governed by separate master service agreements (MSAs) or scope-of-work (SOW) documents defining specific deliverables, content usage rights, publication schedules, and payment schedules.
4. Agency Heritage & Intellectual Property
All trademarks, case study documentation, brand assets, and documentary media relating to Krishna Prints & Craft (est. 2015), “The Abode of Mahakal”, and Swipe Up Media Network are protected intellectual property.
